We're seeking an experienced Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via incoming calls, resolving issues, and investigating complaints in a fast-paced environment. *Key Responsibilities**

Provide customers with exceptional service via incoming calls, utilizing various systems and platforms.
Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls to resolve customer issues, requests, and questions.
Establish and maintain customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and proactive communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and call handling times.
