The Role As an Industrial Engineering and Transportation Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our Transportation Fleet and helping us meet the demands of our growing business.
Your responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with managers to outline and prioritize business needs * Integrating multiple data assets across various database platforms * Building, creating, and maintaining multiple Excel spreadsheets * Providing data analysis and insights to inform business decisions * Supporting the development and implementation of logistics and transportation strategies Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: * Previous experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a logistics or transportation setting * Proficiency with bolthires Excel, including advanced functions and formulas * Experience with bolthires Access, including database design and management * Strong typing and 10-key skills, with the ability to maintain high accuracy and speed * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * A high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, logistics, mathematics) preferred Preferred Qualifications * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics software * Certification in data analysis, logistics, or a related field * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines What We Offer As an Industrial Engineering and Transportation Analyst at arenaflex, you can expect: * A competitive hourly rate of $18.00 * Opportunities for career growth and professional development, including training and education programs * A dynamic and supportive work environment, with a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about logistics and data analysis * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off * A flexible work schedule, with the opportunity to work from home and maintain a healthy work-life balance If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and logistics, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
