This includes closing and/or triaging sales opportunities, executing re-engagement strategies to increase the health score of existing members, and providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels. **Primary Responsibilities:** ### Customer Service & Support * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. * Provide first-level technical support for common platform questions and troubleshooting. * Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and subscription renewals. * Gather customer feedback to improve our products and services. ### Sales * Identify and engage potential new subscribers through inbound inquiries. * Educate prospects on the value and benefits of a arenaflex online subscription. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as needed. * Close sales and achieve individual and team sales targets. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system (Salesforce or TBD). ### Collaboration & Learning * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Continuously learn about new product features and IT training trends to effectively assist customers. **Skills/Competencies:** * Must have a desire to learn and develop sales talents, skills, and abilities. * Must have at least 3 years of experience in customer service, support, or sales. * Experience selling or supporting technology solutions, training, or subscriptions is a strong positive but not required. * Strong interest in sales and customer service. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. * Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely (training provided). * Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus. * Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus. * Must understand AI tools, and when and how to use them. **Compensation & Employment Terms:** * This position is a full-time (40 hours per week) salaried position, exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act. * Compensation: $60,000 annual salary. * One share of the company's profit-sharing plan is paid as a bonus each time the company reaches the “Distribution” milestone. * Generous employee benefits. **arenaflex Mission:** To continually improve the effectiveness of learning. **arenaflex Brand Components:** * Position: The distinct point of difference our brand holds in the minds of our target audience. * IT training you can trust. * Personality: The human traits that describe our brand as if it were a person. * Passionate, empathetic, and accountable. * Promise: The consistent experience we commit to providing at every touchpoint. * Learner First **Interviewing Tips:** * What you say doesn’t matter nearly as much as what you do.
