- *What You'll Do**
As an Insurance Sales Agent - Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Soliciting new business and maintaining current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals
- Expanding business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet agreed-upon production goals
- Accurately accounting for all currency transactions and timely delivery of deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in our agency management system
- Building and leveraging client relationships, educating and advising customers on which products best fit their needs

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious professional with a passion for sales and customer service. The ideal candidate will have:
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred but not required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Sales or customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers
- Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
