Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Integrated Data Analyst to as a part-time remote data entry and analysis expert. As an Integrated Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our Flight Operations Training and Safety team by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights that inform our training programs and safety initiatives. This is a hybrid role that requires you to work from home and occasionally visit our corporate campus in Georgia, USA. Key Responsibilities Ensure the timely and accurate submission of monthly FAA reports Administer all aspects of the IDCAT software, including customer support and feedback monitoring for Flight Instructors/Evaluators Support all Integrated Data Collection and Analysis Tool (IDCAT) software-related administrative tasks, including account management, new user support, and more Download Tableau data to the arenaflex server and populate existing dashboards Analyze, create, and visualize data in Tableau workbooks/dashboards Categorize and organize Instructor/Evaluator measured devices and feedback for assessment Support IDCAT observation form format and generate/create data collection paperwork within the software Perform regular training data analyses as defined in AC 120-54a and identify gaps in effectiveness in current Flight Ops Training Assist in and provide assessment support for the quarterly data review of the Data Integration Agency (DIG) and AQP Execute and deliver data requests as needed to support the Flight Ops Training (AQP) staff Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., data analysis, statistics, mathematics, or computer science) Intermediate level experience in data analysis and visualization, project management, and Tableau data visualization Knowledge of database management, analysis of large and complex databases, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx) Intermediate knowledge of statistics and math concepts, with strong research and analytical skills Knowledge of enterprise airline operations and proficiency in building relationships with all levels of employees Skilled in bolthires Office Suite, with experience in developing presentations and strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills Excellent partnering, communication, and negotiation skills in working with diverse teams and departments Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., master's or Ph.D.) Experience working in the aviation industry or a related field Knowledge of IDCAT software and experience with data analysis and visualization tools Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL Certifications in data analysis, statistics, or related fields
