Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Investigator - Network Policy and Risk Management to join our Global Merchant and Network Services (GMNS) team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in driving risk-based decision-making and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your expertise in data analysis, investigation, and reporting will help us identify areas for improvement and drive business growth through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with the GMNS business and partners to execute enhanced and automated Management Information System (MIS) reporting and analysis * Identify process improvements and implement preventive measures to mitigate functional risk in close collaboration with the broader Functional Greatness team and GMNS groups * Perform advanced data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and proactive factors in functional risk * Influence unstructured data sources to identify potential process breakdowns and opportunities for improvement * Develop and maintain recurring, predictable management Control and Compliance reporting and insights * Elevate main driver investigation framework and create improved analysis and insights * Continuously track control and compliance metrics to improve ratings and inform risk-based independent direction * Provide support for designated projects aimed at improving the control climate, relieving, and remediating risk * Proactively analyze data to respond to key questions from partners, developing reports and presentations that showcase findings in a compelling format * Experience in data arrangement and creating engaging material for presentation * Familiarity with the merchant business, related regulatory landscape, and emerging trends/models is preferred * Knowledge of functional risk concepts and projects, balanced with the ability to drive assessment of risks against effective controls and tests Requirements * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, mathematics, computer science) * 3+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong focus on data analysis, investigation, and reporting * Advanced skills in MS-Excel, Tableau, HIVE, SQL, and/or SAS, Python, and/or Foundation * Familiarity with Hadoop and Big Data is a plus * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive insights from complex data sets * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop engaging reports and presentations * Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of risk management and compliance principles Benefits and Perks At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting our employees' overall well-being and career growth.
