As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing IT administration, project management, and support to ensure the functional sustainability of our critical infrastructure. This is a remote job opportunity, offering a competitive salary of $26 per hour, with a full-time schedule of 8 hours per day. Key Responsibilities As an IT Business Analyst at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Providing IT administration of all site implementations, inventories, framework planning, accompanying, preventive measures for maintenance, and break/fix services for data center critical infrastructure, IT certification labs, and remote communication room critical climate hardware Supporting IT labs to align our customer application and engineering teams with workstations, equipment, and access to test their applications Coordinating remotely with professional services responsible for critical infrastructure maintenance and break-fix activities at remote communication rooms Managing, operating, maintaining, and monitoring all critical facilities infrastructure for data center and remote communication room equipment Developing data center and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure Supporting IT Offices campus fiber ring to maintain the integrity and service continuity of the Atlanta airport and campus facilities underground fiber ring Recommending and implementing departmental policies, guidelines, procedures, and standards Ensuring compliance with all governing corporate standards and regulations Managing project management of data center and remote communication room standards capital enhancements, upgrades, and improvements Selecting IT and critical facilities services, ensuring accurate documentation, getting the best prices for products and services, and ensuring that vendors fulfill their contractual commitments Benefits and Advantages At arenaflex, we offer a range of benefits and advantages to our employees, including: Competitive compensation, performance incentives, industry-leading profit sharing, and 401(k) with liberal direct contribution and company match Paid time off, including vacation, holidays, and paid personal time
