As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supervising our Residential CSR Team and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be responsible for handling customer complaints, motivating and guiding your team, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and motivate the Residential CSR Team to ensure exceptional customer service and support
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve issues, and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide regular updates to management
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, and promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in the HVAC or plumbing industry
- Knowledge of Service Titan or other CRM software
- Ability to type 70 wpm or higher
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
- Experience with customer service metrics and reporting
