- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers, operating the register, and providing exceptional customer care
- Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to drive sales and customer engagement
- Leading shifts on a regular basis, gaining valuable entry-level management experience and developing your leadership skills
- Maintaining a high level of store appearance and providing fast and friendly service to our customers
- Interacting with customers daily, working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily goals and objectives
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring seamless store operations and customer satisfaction
- *Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve shared goals
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift, and occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the ability to bend, twist, and grasp objects with hands

- Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
- Entry-level management experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- Motivation to advance in your career, with a passion for growth and self-improvement
