We're seeking a skilled and committed Level 1 Chat Support Agent to join our remote team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in assisting customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive support experience.   • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Assist customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers
  • Handle 2-3 concurrent live chats, providing timely and effective support to our clients' customers
  • Utilize help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk to manage and resolve customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless customer support and resolve complex issues
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-related queries
  • Experience with help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Experience supporting customers using WordPress (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
