- We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Part-Time Experienced Litigation Attorney licensed to practice in California to join our legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced legal professionals to contribute their expertise across a diverse range of practice areas, including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, and more. As a Litigation Attorney, you will provide strategic legal advice, conduct comprehensive research, draft legal documents, and support litigation efforts—all while maintaining flexibility to accommodate your schedule. - Conduct detailed legal research using platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation and legal analysis.
- Draft clear, precise legal documents including contracts, pleadings, memoranda, and correspondence tailored to client needs.
- Provide expert guidance on estate planning strategies, land use regulations, and tribal law compliance.
- Assist in negotiations with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Support litigation processes by preparing case files, managing discovery requests, and tracking case progress.
- Stay updated on evolving laws across multiple practice areas such as workers' compensation law, personal injury law, patent law, and securities law.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
- Active bar admission in good standing with a clean disciplinary record
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business, commercial, corporate or employment law
- Proven ability to independently manage a client-facing caseload with minimal oversight
- Strong communication skills and a demonstrated commitment to client service.
