Role: In this role, you'll be responsible for replying to live chat messages on various arenaflex clients' websites or social media accounts.
Your tasks will include answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, allowing you to choose your weekly commitment. As a live chat agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional communication skills will be the key to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to live chat messages on arenaflex clients' websites or social media accounts * Answer customer questions and provide accurate information * Offer sales links and discounts to customers * Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently * Work collaboratively with the arenaflex team to achieve customer satisfaction goals * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge What We Offer: * Competitive hourly rate: $35 per hour * Part-time position with no fixed term * Remote work, enabling you to work from anywhere * Accessible through laptops, phones, or tablets * Full training provided * 5+ hours of availability per week required * Reliable internet connection * United States-based applicants preferred

Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology * Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace * Availability to work 5+ hours per week Preferred
