Key Responsibilities As an OnlyFans Chat Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide live chat support to our creators and their fans on the OnlyFans platform and social media accounts.
This will involve: * Responding to customer messages in a timely and professional manner * Answering frequently asked questions and providing helpful solutions * Providing sales links and offering discounts to customers * Collaborating with our creators to ensure that their needs are met and their fans are happy * Working independently to manage multiple chat sessions and prioritize tasks effectively What You'll Need To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A device with reliable access to the internet (phone, tablet, or laptop) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * 10+ hours of availability per week to work on this role * Reliable internet connection Training and Support Don't worry if you don't have experience in live chat support – we'll provide you with comprehensive training to get you up to speed quickly.
Our training program will cover: * The ins and outs of the OnlyFans platform and social media accounts * Best practices for live chat support and customer engagement * How to handle common issues and provide solutions * Tips for building strong relationships with our creators and their fans Contract Length and Rate
This is a flexible, contract-based role with no fixed term. You'll be paid $30 per hour for your work, and you can choose to work as many or as few hours as you like each week.
