Your key responsibilities will include: * Utilizing product features, benefits, and applications to qualify leads and initiate the sales process * Responding to and processing all incoming web chat and email inquiries from customers * Providing exceptional customer service through our digital platforms * Triage web-based sales leads and direct customers to appropriate selling resources * Logging opportunities in Salesforce.com for tracking and follow-up **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's Degree in a Life Sciences field or related lab experience * Minimum of 0-1 years of related work experience in customer service or telephone support * Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint * General knowledge of assigned product portfolio and/or customer segment * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in English **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of life sciences workflows or hands-on laboratory experience in a research lab setting * Experience in remote selling (phone or digital) and customer consultation * Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems **Skills and Competencies:** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and Salesforce.com * Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
