We're seeking an experienced Live Stream Chat Moderator to join our team on an optional on-site, temporary part-time/ad-hoc basis. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in protecting arenaflex brands and ensuring a positive social experience for all users. - *Job Responsibilities:**
As a Live Stream Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for:
- Moderating live comments in accordance with client-specific guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful online community.
- Carrying out moderation and training according to the project schedule, with a focus on maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
- Providing support to other moderators who need assistance, as well as mentoring new moderators and helping them develop their skills.
- Banning users/comments that violate arenaflex's community guidelines during live events.
- *Qualifications and Experience:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent written communication skills in US English, with the ability to read between the lines and make informed decisions.
- The ability to work comfortably in fast-paced environments, with a strong focus on multitasking and navigating a fast-moving live chat.
- Assertiveness, discernment, and decisiveness when making judgment calls regarding what is appropriate in a live chat setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A strong understanding of online community guidelines and the importance of maintaining a positive and respectful online environment.

- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a live stream chat moderator or in a related role.
- Strong knowledge of arenaflex's community guidelines and policies.
- Experience working with live streaming software and platforms.
- Strong understanding of online safety and security best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
