As a Logistics Coordinator & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing home delivery operations, including coordinating with customers and delivery teams, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely deliveries
- Managing inventory, data entry, and handling customer service inquiries
- Utilizing logistics and inventory management software to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
- Working independently and managing remote operations with minimal supervision
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our logistics operations
- *Key Responsibilities:**
