As a Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our stores, while also providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. - Monitor store areas to prevent and detect shoplifting, and report any incidents to the Loss Prevention team
- Provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with the Loss Prevention team to identify and prevent shoplifting, and participate in investigations and audits as needed
- Work closely with the customer service team to resolve customer complaints and concerns, and provide solutions to improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of store policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or loss prevention role, preferably in the retail industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and safely around the store

- Knowledge of retail security procedures and protocols, including CCTV systems and alarm systems
