Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Operations Engineer - Conversational AI and NLP Specialist to at arenaflex. As a key member of our Machine Learning Operations team, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining large-scale machine learning models and natural language processing (NLP) systems that drive business value and improve customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to design, develop, and deploy conversational AI and NLP solutions that meet the needs of our customers and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy large-scale machine learning models and NLP systems that drive business value and improve customer experience Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy conversational AI and NLP solutions that meet the needs of our customers and business stakeholders Develop and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines and architectures that support machine learning and NLP workloads Work with cloud platforms, such as Azure and bolthires Cloud, to deploy and manage machine learning models and NLP systems Develop and maintain software applications and tools that support machine learning and NLP workflows, including data preprocessing, model training, and model deployment Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs and drive business value Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning, NLP, and conversational AI, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our solutions Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases that support machine learning and NLP workflows and solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement testing and validation frameworks that ensure the quality and accuracy of machine learning and NLP solutions Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in machine learning, NLP, or a related field 2+ years of industry experience in machine learning and NLP, with a focus on conversational AI and NLP Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience with machine learning frameworks, such as PyTorch or TensorFlow Experience with cloud platforms, such as Azure or bolthires Cloud, and containerization technologies, such as Docker Strong understanding of machine learning and NLP concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and natural language processing Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Master's degree or Ph.D.
in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field Experience with analysis, interpretation, and visualization of model results Experience with Nuance speech recognition software, speech synthesis software, and voice biometrics software Working knowledge of cloud platforms, such as Azure and bolthires Cloud, and MLOps-related expertise for deployment in production Familiarity with Spanish or other languages Experience with retail or healthcare industry Team management experience Skills and Competencies Strong programming skills in languages, such as Python, Java, or C++ Experience with machine learning frameworks, such as PyTorch or TensorFlow Strong understanding of machine learning and NLP concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and natural language processing Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
