As a Maintenance Administrator/Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting our maintenance team by providing administrative assistance, data entry, and other operational tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing, formatting, and inputting data into MS Office and other software systems
  • Assisting with vehicle routing and scheduling using vehicle routing software
  • Retrieving and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with the maintenance team to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required
