We're seeking an experienced and innovative leader to join our team as a Manager, Customer Education (Production & Innovation). This senior-level role will be responsible for driving the evolution of how we design, produce, and deliver learning experiences at scale across all our distribution channels. You'll lead innovation in our production processes, champion the use of new technologies (including AI), and set the standard for quality across all of our educational formats and platforms. **About arenaflex** arenaflex is the AI Customer Service company that's setting the new standard for customer service. You'll work closely with teams across the business to ensure we're creating impactful content that supports our customers and partners in product adoption.
