As a Medical Collections/Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in our revenue cycle management team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and informing patients about unpaid medical accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Receiving and processing payments from patients, accurately posting payments to their accounts
- Advising and following up with patients on unpaid accounts, providing clear and concise information on payment options and deadlines
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex policies

- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and provide empathetic support
