As a Medical Insurance Customer Service Advisor, you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team that's dedicated to excellence. **Job Summary** As a 100% remote Medical Insurance Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding support to patients, explaining billing procedures, proactively reaching out to patients with billing policy changes, and administering our Financial Assistance Program (FAP).
