Job Summary We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Network Administrator to. As a Network Administrator, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside a team of professionals to solve real-life problems and learn how to make a meaningful impact in the tech industry. You'll receive comprehensive training on essential technical skills, including Windows/Unix/Linux, Active Directory, Powershell and Bash, Developer Tools, Wireshark, ServiceNow, Network Appliances, Load Balancers, Routers/Switches, Middleware, logs/alerts, Networks, firewalls, ACL, load balancers, Network Monitoring Systems, Network Diagnostic Commands, Incident management tools, and ITSL Processes & Tools.
Key Responsibilities As a Network Administrator, your duties may include but are not limited to: * Monitoring WAN links for stability * Monitoring routers, switches * Provisioning IP Addresses, LAN/VLAN * Alerts and log monitoring * Preventative Health Checks * Incident Management * Reporting * Administering security and IAM Essential Qualifications * High school diploma or GED * Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder). No sponsorship available. * Passion for technology and strong desire to learn technical skills * Great communication skills, experience working directly with customers and clients * Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment Preferred Qualifications * Associate's Degree or higher in a related field * Experience working in a technical environment * Familiarity with Cloud, AI, and Machine Learning technologies Skills and Competencies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes
