Join us on this exciting journey and be part of a team that's shaping the future of live entertainment! **Job Description** As a Night Shift Customer Service Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through phone, email, and social media. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, resolving incidents, managing incoming calls and chats, and providing accurate information using the right methods and tools. Your primary goal will be to deliver a memorable experience for our customers, exceeding their expectations and building a loyal community around arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide customer service support via phone, email, and social media, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues * Manage and efficiently handle incoming calls and chats, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines * Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools, ensuring consistency and quality in all interactions * Handle customer complaints and provide solutions and alternatives within time limits, escalating complex issues to the Operations Department as needed * Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions * Go above and beyond to engage customers and provide a memorable experience, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex services * Collaborate with the Operations Department on incident resolutions, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve customer service outcomes **Requirements** * Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences * Previous experience using Zendesk (preferred), with a strong understanding of customer service software and tools * High English level (oral & written) and fluent in Spanish or English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous tasks, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike * Solution-oriented and reliable professional with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results * Flexible and adaptable, with excellent time-management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment * Must reside in Spain, with a strong understanding of local culture and customs **What We Offer** * Home office, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space * Great work environment with a young, international team of talented people, passionate about live entertainment and customer service * Possibility to receive part of your salary in advance through Payflow, providing financial flexibility and security * 40% discount on all arenaflex events and experiences, giving you access to exclusive experiences and entertainment opportunities * Health Insurance, providing peace of mind and protection for you and your loved ones * Gympass Membership, promoting a healthy work-life balance and encouraging physical activity and wellness **Schedule** * Night shift: 00:00 am - 8:00 am (5 days/week) with a 30-minute break, providing a unique and dynamic work schedule that suits your lifestyle and preferences **How to Apply** Ready to join our dynamic team and take your customer service career to the next level?
