Your key responsibilities will include: * Assisting in designing, developing, and improving AI-powered chatbot systems * Supporting the integration of NLP models and conversational AI into existing digital platforms * Working closely with the AI engineering and product teams to gather requirements and deliver effective chatbot solutions * Analyzing chatbot interactions to identify areas of improvement and optimize user experience * Collaborating in testing and debugging AI systems to ensure smooth performance * Researching the latest trends and advancements in AI, NLP, and conversational agents * Documenting development processes and creating clear reports for internal teams **Required Skills and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field * Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) principles and machine learning concepts * Basic programming skills, preferably in Python or JavaScript * Familiarity with chatbot frameworks (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework) is a plus * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team **Experience** Prior experience in AI, NLP, or chatbot development is highly desirable, but not required. If you have experience with AI tools, cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure), and APIs, it will be considered an asset. **Working Hours** As a remote intern, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, at any time. Our ideal candidate will be able to commit to approximately 15-20 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing hours based on project needs and performance.
