- *Responsibilities**
As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- **Data Entry:** Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word
- **Office Clerical Duties:** Performing tasks such as filing, copying, faxing, and reconciling, as well as assembling reports and maintaining excellent communication with various departments
- **Communication:** Maintaining excellent communication with our team members, clients, and customers, both internally and externally
- **Administrative Support:** Providing administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other tasks as assigned
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- **Experience:** 1 year of data entry experience, with a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm, in an operations or similar service environment
- **Office Clerk Experience:** 1 year of experience in an office setting, with a focus on administrative support and data entry
- **Organizational Skills:** Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- **Attention to Detail:** Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on maintaining high-quality work
- **Communication Skills:** Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and customers
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry software
- **Physical Demands:** Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, for extended periods of time, while seated at a desk or workstation
