*The Role**

As an Online Chat Representative/ Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional service standards and advice to address their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues. Your key responsibilities will include:

Acting as the primary point of contact and delivering excellent service standards and advice to clients for their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.
Working closely with internal stakeholders to solve client issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
Performing root cause analysis of issues and non-compliance of service levels, and working with various stakeholders to implement opportunities for improvement.
Developing account plans to enhance service delivery and ensure strong customer satisfaction.
Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner, resolving customer inquiries and requests.
Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
Escalating customer feedback as required.

*Ideal Profile**

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

At least 1 year of experience within a Client Services or Customer Service role, ideally within the Accounting Industry, Asset Management, and Telecommunications industry.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to deal with numerical data.
The ability to work as a strong team player, managing multiple stakeholders and building high-performing teams.
A strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams.
