We're seeking an experienced Online Chat Specialist to join our remote customer support team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to Online Chat Manager when appropriate
- Building relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
- Promoting interest in client products and services
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position
- Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team
- May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
- *Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
