We're seeking an experienced Online Customer Chat Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. As an Online Customer Chat Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Creating and managing service tickets, scheduling appointments, and reviewing customer account information
- Performing outbound calls with existing customers to promote products and services
- Answering inbound phone calls and responding to email inquiries
- Utilizing strong communication skills to empathize with customers and prioritize their needs
- Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our CRM system
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
- *Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent email handling skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to empathize and prioritize customers' needs
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Solid sales acumen and a determination to succeed
- Personal accountability and a strong work ethic
- Minimum typing skills of 30 words per minute
- Contact Center background preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
