We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our global supply chain optimization and customer experience enhancement initiatives. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. This is a part-time remote opportunity that requires a strong understanding of global supply chain management, customer experience enhancement, and process improvement.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Design, implement, and execute global supply chain optimization strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, leveraging Six Sigma, Lean, and other continuous improvement methodologies
  • Collaborate with global partners to drive cross-border collaboration and process normalization
  • Develop and implement preventive measures to ensure compliance and system capability as planned
  • Establish and maintain business continuity plans to ensure seamless operations
  • Quantifiably measure and report on client responsibilities, using continuous improvement tools to target areas where client retention is at risk
  • Ideate and lead drives to drive client acquisition and retention within the market
  • Increase overall knowledge, support, and usage of the Quality Driven Management (QDM) approach, mastery, and certification, and implementation of QDM processes that result in business improvement
  • Work with global partners to drive cross-border collaboration and process normalization
  • Perform, review, investigate, plan, execute, and circle back on all other responsibilities and drives as allocated
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Four-year degree or equivalent in a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Six Sigma, Lean, or other ASQ continuous improvement certification (e.g., FedEx QDM Master) highly preferred
  • Proven experience in driving execution, management, and coordination of Cargowise into the global shipping frameworks scene and plan, development, and execution of digital capabilities and solutions
  • Agile, PMP, or similar certification highly preferred
  • Demonstrated change management and project management experience driving functional excellence continuous improvement drives for cross-functional tasks
  • Significant related experience in overseeing and driving high-performing teams, improving processes, and changing business activities
  • Strong industry knowledge, demonstrated effective management experience, human relations, and interpersonal skills required
