Key Responsibilities As an Operations Technician at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Contributing to and leading efforts in the deployment, maintenance, and support of modern and new data center infrastructure * Participating in or leading troubleshooting and resolving critical or escalated technical issues * Testing and troubleshooting new server hardware components and designs * Configuring and troubleshooting Linux OS-related issues on servers * Deploying and maintaining arenaflex's advanced data center server and network infrastructure Essential Qualifications * Experience troubleshooting hardware or community-related issues using Linux-based tools * Experience in hardware, networking equipment, working systems, and data center operations * High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or degrees in a related field a plus Preferred Qualifications * Experience working within a data center or network operations center environment * Experience with mild coding or scripting * Experience with networking protocols * Ability to collaborate and partner with people and teams to resolve issues Skills and Competencies * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Experience with Linux-based tools and operating systems * Familiarity with hardware and networking equipment
