If you have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As an Overnight Customer Care Center Agent at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or remote access * Monitoring SkiData systems, initiating corrective actions, and performing routine maintenance tasks * Preparing daily and weekly reports, maintaining activity logs, and entering comments in Dynacount event logs * Communicating with snow patrol, emergency response teams, and other stakeholders as needed * Performing equipment repairs, contacting vendors, and notifying facility managers of issues that cannot be resolved * Providing excellent customer service, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * Experience with SkiData equipment and Dynacount systems * Good mechanical aptitude, basic computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office * Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills * Valid driver's license, self-motivated, and able to work independently **Physical Demands** This role requires the ability to sit and stand for extended periods, use hands to write reports and perform maintenance tasks, and lift up to 25 pounds.
