As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through live chat, responding to frequently asked questions, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.   • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team

  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Availability to work 10-40 hours per week, with a minimum of 10 hours per week guaranteed
