We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Overnight Customer Service Representative to, working remotely on the 3rd shift from 11pm to 7am.

Key Responsibilities and Duties As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in our loan approval process, working closely with clients to assess their eligibility for loans, making payment arrangements, and providing exceptional customer support.

Your key responsibilities will include: Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to clients, providing timely and effective support and guidance throughout the loan application process Consistently and accurately documenting all information pertaining to client accounts, ensuring that our records are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements Using basic business math to solve problems and make informed decisions about loan applications Speaking clearly, concisely, and effectively with clients, listening to and understanding their needs and concerns, and responding in a sensitive, tactful, and professional manner Following written and/or verbal instructions, and working within the laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures that govern our industry Processing card payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring that our clients' financial transactions are secure and reliable Performing the initial approval of potential borrowers by thoroughly examining their applications through multiple software systems, and reviewing applicants to evaluate their eligibility for loans Following up with clients to clarify important points, finalize loan details, and keep them informed about rules and obligations Remaining up-to-speed regarding lending and other financial services, and creating and renewing records as required Identifying client needs, exploring all options available to them, and providing personalized support and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure, and navigate tense situations in a professional and effective manner.

You will also need to have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and concisely, and listen to and understand client needs and concerns. Additionally, you will need to be proficient with technology, including computers, software applications, and phone systems, and have a strong understanding of basic business math and financial concepts. Specifically, you will need to have: Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on providing personalized support and guidance to clients Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and concisely, and listen to and understand client needs and concerns Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure, and navigate tense situations in a professional and effective manner Proficient with technology, including computers, software applications, and phone systems Strong understanding of basic business math and financial concepts, with the ability to use this knowledge to make informed decisions about loan applications Preferred Education and Experience While not essential, we prefer candidates who have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, and some experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.

You will also need to have a strong understanding of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and be proficient in the use of the internet and cloud-based storage.
