Our company culture is built on the values of trust, respect, and open communication, and we're committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment for our team members. **The Role** As an Overnight Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative, you'll be the reassuring voice that greets our customers when they call at night. You'll be responsible for answering phone calls, assisting clients, and dispatching available technicians to complete jobs. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a hybrid role, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from home some of the time, while also working from our office in Peoria, AZ. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer phone calls and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner * Dispatch available technicians to complete jobs in a timely and efficient manner * Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service to our clients * Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service to our clients * Provide support to our clients during non-business hours, including evenings and weekends * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices **Qualifications** * 1+ years of dispatching experience with an HVAC company or similar organization * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills * Computer proficiency and ability to type 30+ words per minute * Familiarity with MS Word and Excel * High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) * Customer service experience (preferred) * Fluency in both English and Spanish (preferred) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain productivity **Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate of $18.00 - $22.00/hour * Fantastic benefits, including medical, dental, and a 401(k) plan with a 6% match * Flexible scheduling and remote work options * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Opportunities for career growth and advancement **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're more than just a company - we're a family.
