- Meet or exceed performance targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred
- 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
