As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls from clients, members, and medical facilities to schedule non-emergency medical transportation
- Maintaining a professional, caring, and courteous demeanor with all callers
- Tracking specific passengers and trip progress as requested
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Performing other duties as assigned
- *Requirements and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- 6 consecutive months of previous customer service experience within the last 4 years required
- Ability to learn and work independently
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Teams
- Ability to multitask on a computer

While not required, prior experience in a high call volume center is a plus.
