Job Summary As a Packaging Strategy Lead - Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing packaging strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and logistics, to analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition. Your expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication will be essential in driving business results and improving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement packaging strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs * Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition * Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of packaging strategies * Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date packaging data, including packaging specifications, costs, and performance metrics * Collaborate with design teams to develop innovative packaging solutions that meet customer needs and preferences * Develop and implement data-driven decision-making processes to inform packaging strategies and drive business results * Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including design, procurement, and logistics teams, to ensure alignment and execution of packaging strategies * Identify and implement opportunities for bolthires savings and process improvements * Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and bolthires-effective delivery of packaging materials and services Essential Qualifications * 4-year degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as packaging, supply chain management, or business administration * 4+ years of experience in packaging or a related field, with a focus on data analysis, problem-solving, and communication * Proven track record of developing and implementing packaging strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities * Proficiency in bolthires Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word * Experience with data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau Preferred Qualifications * Experience in the retail industry, with a focus on packaging and supply chain management * Knowledge of packaging regulations and standards, including FDA and USDA regulations * Experience with packaging design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or SketchUp * Familiarity with data visualization tools and software, such as Tableau or Power BI * Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana or Trello What We Offer * Competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage * 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching contributions * Employee discounts on store purchases * Flexible work schedules and remote work options * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and education programs * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a focus on teamwork and innovation If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for packaging and data analysis, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
