In this role, you'll be the face of arenaflex, engaging with customers through online conversations and turning interactions into leads that help our clients generate revenue.

- *Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
- Narrowing down appointment information to schedule appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services to ensure you're well-equipped to assist customers effectively
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
- *Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills
- Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a helpful bonus
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
- Availability to work 4-hour time blocks daily
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of training full-time (Tuesday-Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM CST)
- Commitment to working a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above being preferred

- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Familiarity with automotive industry products and services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
