This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service to our clients while enjoying a unique outdoor combination role that involves assisting customers with rental and return processes at our airport lots. **About the Role:** As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Assisting customers with rental and return processes on our airport lots, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all clients * Checking cars, entering information in a handheld device, and processing rentals for loyalty customers, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service * Providing excellent customer service to clients at our exit gates or during the return process, showcasing your ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet * Working effectively in an outdoor environment, with flexibility to work all shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends * Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, fostering a positive and supportive work environment **What We Offer:** * A competitive hourly wage of $16.00/hour, with shift premium may apply * Bi-weekly hourly wage (weekly wage in New York and Puerto Rico) * On-the-job training and paid time off, allowing you to develop your skills and recharge when needed * Comprehensive benefits package, including: + Medical, dental, and other insurance to protect your health and well-being + Flexible spending account opportunity to contribute up to $270 as a tax-free benefit for public transportation or parking expenses + Retirement benefits (401k) to secure your financial future + Employee discounts, including discounted car rental and purchase of arenaflex cars, to help you save money and enjoy the perks of working with us **Requirements:** * Valid Driver's License, with a clean driving record and a passion for driving * Basic computer skills (typing, data entry), with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies * Effective verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers and colleagues * Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility to work all shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends * Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles * Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States * 6 months of retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus, but not required **About Us:** arenaflex is a leading provider of innovative, customer-focused solutions in the transportation industry.
