As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our members receive exceptional service and have an amazing experience at our clubs. **Customer Service Representative Benefits** As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits that will help you grow and thrive in your career. Some of these benefits include: * Competitive pay and schedule hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date. * Shift-differential pay for select shifts * PTO for all employees * Employee Assistance Program * Free employee Black Card Membership including one free Black Card Membership for a direct family member **Customer Service Representative Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to arenaflex members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Answering phones in a friendly manner using information script * Greeting members, signing up and touring new members, and logging amenities * Responding to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Processing beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system * Promoting our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members * Providing a clean, sanitized and safe club environment **Qualifications** To be successful as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll need to meet the following qualifications: * Customer service experience * High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred * Must be 18 years of age or older * Basic computer proficiency **Physical Demands** As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to: * Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull * Lift up to 75 lbs. * Encounter cleaning chemicals during shift * Frequently climb, balance, kneel and crouch during shift * Continually reach with hands/fingers/arms during shift **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive environment for our members and employees.
