As a part of our team, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive environment that fosters growth, learning, and collaboration. **Key Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at Hirefluxa, your primary responsibilities will include: * Managing large volumes of inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective support. * Following established communication scripts to handle various customer inquiries and concerns, while also exercising discretion and empathy when necessary. * Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives that meet their requirements. * Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle calls, ensuring that customers receive the best possible support. * Seizing opportunities to upsell products and services when they arise, while maintaining a customer-centric approach. * Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to switch between tasks seamlessly without compromising efficiency or composure. * Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, ensuring that customers receive uninterrupted support. * Remaining positive and professional in all customer interactions, even in challenging situations. * Cross-training as requested to expand your skill set and contribute to the team's success. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Previous customer service or customer support experience, preferably in a call center or office environment, with a minimum of 1 year of experience. * Basic computer skills, including proficiency in software applications and systems. * The ability to work independently, with a strong focus on self-motivation and initiative. * Quick learning skills, with a willingness to adapt to new processes and procedures. * Accurate typing skills, with a minimum speed of 35 words per minute. * Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening and problem-solving abilities. * Must be at least 18 years of age. * A background check will be required, in accordance with state and federal laws. **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * Competitive starting pay of $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr for nights and weekends). * Paid training, typically 3 days in length, from 9:00am-6:00pm (EST), to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. * Opportunities for career growth and advancement, with a focus on developing your skills and expertise. * A dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters collaboration, learning, and innovation. * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and holidays. **What We Offer** At Taskora, we are committed to creating a work environment that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
