Our mission is to provide affordable, high-quality healthcare to our members, and we're dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of our customers. **The Role** As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in handling daily activities involved in running a health insurance company, including customer interactions and back-office tasks following standard operating procedures. You'll report to the Concierge Operations Manager and work closely with our team to ensure seamless service delivery, productivity, and quality expectations. **Work Environment** arenaflex is a blended work culture where everyone, regardless of work type or location, feels connected to their teammates, our culture, and our mission. As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. You must reside in Florida, Georgia, or Texas to be eligible for this role. **Part-Time Shifts** We offer a range of part-time shifts to accommodate your schedule and preferences. All times listed are in Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please note that you'll be required to work a minimum of 22 hours per week. Here are the available shifts: * Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM (22 hours/week) * Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM (22 hours/week) * Monday & Wednesday: 10:30 AM - 4:30 PM (12 hours/week) * Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (15 hours/week) * Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (18 hours/week) * Tuesday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (18 hours/week) * Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM (20 hours/week) * Saturday & Sunday: 1:30 PM - 12:00 AM (20 hours/week) **Compensation and Benefits** We offer a competitive hourly rate of $19.00 per hour, plus select employee benefits and vacation accrual of up to 64 hours per year. Our comprehensive benefits package includes: * Competitive hourly rate * Select employee benefits * Vacation accrual of up to 64 hours per year * Opportunities for career growth and professional development **Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Developing a comprehensive understanding of the current processes, procedures, and tools associated with the arenaflex business model * Working with members, brokers, providers, and arenaflex vendors through multiple channels according to assignment needs * Managing an assigned caseload, maintaining service delivery, productivity, and quality expectations * Forming working relationships with all partners * Supporting the leadership team by identifying issues through established escalation pathways * Monitoring and tracking the health of all assigned work-in-progress issues * Escalating and resolving issues to ensure appropriate turnaround times * Participating in process improvement projects * Complying with all operational, regulatory, and compliance standards relating to member Personal Health Information (PHI) * Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations * Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 1+ years of experience in a high-volume or customer-focused setting * 1+ years of healthcare experience * High school diploma or GED * Strong quantitative or analytical skills focused on identifying or solving problems * Experience manipulating and entering accurate data * Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities **Bonus Points** If you have: * Strong quantitative or analytical skills focused on identifying or solving problems * Experience manipulating and entering accurate data * Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and want to join a dynamic team that's making a difference in the lives of our members, apply now!
