Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Part Time Customer Support and Service Technician to at arenaflex. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment, as well as investigating and diagnosing issues with the equipment. You will also be required to keep all refrigeration gear in proper working condition and perform routine maintenance tasks. This is a part-time position, with a competitive hourly rate of $27/hour, and you will be working remotely from our location in Tampa, USA.
Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex standards Investigate and diagnose issues with soft drink fountain equipment Maintain all refrigeration gear in proper working condition Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, programming, and cosmetic repairs Provide exceptional customer support and work collaboratively as a team member to deliver high-quality services Work flexibly, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as required Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in mechanical services and customer support.
The essential qualifications for this position include: High school diploma or equivalent degree/certification Valid driver's license Technical aptitude to repair machines Ability to lift 50 pounds Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as required Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred for this position: Bachelor's degree in a related field Previous experience in a customer support or service technician role Knowledge of soft drink fountain equipment and refrigeration systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong technical skills and aptitude for repairing machines Excellent customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively as a team member Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
