Job Overview In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients to ensure that our products are served at the perfect temperature. Your exceptional customer service skills and technical expertise will make you a valuable asset to our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing mechanical services, light remanufacturing, and troubleshooting on our equipment, as well as providing top-notch customer support. This position will cover service demands in the Tampa region, and you will be required to work 8 hours a day, with flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed.
Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on equipment according to company standards Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition Move equipment to perform mechanical services, including preventive maintenance, programming, and cosmetic repairs Provide exceptional customer support and work collaboratively with clients to resolve issues Work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals and objectives Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent degree/certification Valid driver's license Technical aptitude to repair machines and equipment Ability to lift 50 pounds Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed Bachelor's degree preferred Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer support or service technician role Knowledge of refrigeration equipment and mechanical systems Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills.
