- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional technical support and customer service to CatGenie customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshooting issues and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with orders, repairs, returns, and other inquiries
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry in our CRM system
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support role
- Previous experience working with customers in a remote or home-based setting
- Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in data entry and navigation of different software systems
- Punctuality and great attendance
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- 1+ year of experience in product troubleshooting and technical support
- Previous experience working with customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems
- Experience with customer service skills assessments and training programs

- Location: Phoenixville, PA (Montgomery County)
- Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm; Saturday, 10:30 am - 6:30 pm (28 hours per week)
