We're committed to enriching higher education and societal discourse, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to. Position Overview We're seeking a Part-Time Data Entry Assistant to remotely. This role is pivotal in enhancing our understanding and engagement with our academic community. As a Data Entry Assistant, you'll be instrumental in collecting, analyzing, and meticulously entering data about faculty, students, and professionals within our network into our knowledge base.

Key Responsibilities * Evaluate and collect data to bolster institutional knowledge and reporting capabilities. * Discriminate between pertinent and non-pertinent information to ensure the integrity of our database. * Input data regarding job affiliations and contact information into our management systems. * Collaborate with our team to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our academic community and its needs. * Provide exceptional customer service to our faculty, students, and professionals. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and analysis. Who You Are * You have a keen analytical mind and excellent problem-solving abilities. * You can maintain focus on detailed tasks, manage deadlines effectively, and handle multiple priorities. * You possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Curiosity drives you, and you have a genuine eagerness to learn and grow. * You're a team player who is comfortable working collaboratively with others. * You're passionate about classical liberal ideas and their application in academia. Preferred Qualifications * Over a year of relevant experience is an advantage. * Familiarity with bolthires Suite and Salesforce (or similar CRM software) is beneficial. * An understanding of, or interest in, classical liberal ideas is highly desirable. * Basic knowledge of Academic Research is a plus.
* Experience working with databases and data management systems is a plus. Commitment
