As a data entry clerk, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing customer requests, submitting tickets into our Help Desk system, and providing timely updates to customers via email. If you're a motivated and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include: * Receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or online chat * Opening and submitting tickets into our Help Desk system for review by our team of Help Desk technicians * Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and coordinating with customers as necessary * Providing timely and accurate updates to customers via email to ensure exceptional customer service * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions * Collaborating with our Help Desk team to resolve complex technical issues and provide support to customers **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: * Previous experience in I.T.
