  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Process all invoices in INFOR, verifying GL coding and creating Purchase Orders as needed
  • Receive, stamp, and distribute incoming invoices for approval
  • Electronically and paper filing of invoices processed as needed
  • Assist the Admin Office Manager with various duties, as required
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring attention to detail and organizational skills
  • *Physical Requirements:**
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day
  • Ability to occasionally move about inside the office
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment
  • *Job Qualifications:**
  • Experience in data entry, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision, with a preference for 10-key by touch
  • Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks
  • Familiarity with various office equipment, including printers, scanners, and fax machines
  • Ability to pass a pre-placement drug/alcohol screen
