- *Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Operator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for collecting and processing data for our clients, ensuring that the audio recordings adhere to project guidelines. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming participants to our data collection project and leading them through the data collection session
- Understanding project-provided documentation to assist participants
- Interacting with participant(s) and leading them through data collection projects
- Acknowledging and resolving participants' issues, escalating unsolved issues
- Capturing data for the assigned project, aiming to reach the targeted daily goal
- Conveying session details to the Project Manager and Production team
- Communicating and coordinating with project team
- Interacting with various hardware & software
- *Responsibilities**
- Understand project-provided documentation to assist participants
- Interact with participant(s) and lead them through data collection projects
- Acknowledge and resolve participants' issues, escalating unsolved issues
- Capture data for the assigned project, aiming to reach the targeted daily goal
- Convey session details to the Project Manager and Production team
- Communicate and coordinate with project team
- Interact with various hardware & software
- *Requirements**
- Fluency in English and Marathi (Bilingual/Native)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Technical proficiency in using a Mac, iPhone, and comfortable working with Terminal in macOS
- Good troubleshooting skills and ability to find solutions
- Ability to update a spreadsheet-based tracker with details about each participant's session
- Availability for the whole duration of the project (2-6 weeks in December 2024/January 2025)
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in data entry or a related field
- Familiarity with client tools and software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
